The Challenge

A freshly remodeled home with stamped and stained concrete flatwork, but a landscape that hadn't kept pace.

Our Approach

A cohesive renovation tying hardscape and softscape together, built for long-term durability and low maintenance.

The Result

A polished, unified outdoor space and a homeowner with lasting confidence in our team.

Project Overview

Following a full home remodel, the property needed its outdoor environment to reflect the same level of care and quality as the newly upgraded interior and exterior. The existing landscape simply didn’t match; and the homeowner knew it.

The goal was clear: create a cohesive, functional outdoor space that complemented the home’s beautifully finished stamped and stained concrete patio and driveway, while providing lasting curb appeal and practical ease of maintenance for years to come.

Scope of Work

Our team completed a full landscape rehabilitation, addressing both structural and aesthetic elements to produce a seamless finished result.

Stamped & Stained Concrete Curbing

Custom curbing was installed to match the color and pattern of the existing patio and driveway; visually tying hardscape and landscape into one unified design.

A new irrigation system was installed for efficient, long-term watering. The homeowner also received a detailed irrigation map documenting all valves, lines, heads, and controller locations for easy future maintenance.

Beds were rebuilt with weed barrier fabric, river rock, and petrified wood; creating a clean, natural look with minimal ongoing weed management.

We hauled in topsoil and compost to create a nutrient-rich base before installing new sod, setting the turf up for healthy, lasting establishment.

Globe spruce, hydrangeas, and other ornamental shrubs were strategically placed and surrounded with mulch to retain moisture and improve soil health.

A deep clean of all existing concrete surfaces restored the vibrancy of the stamped and stained finishes, ensuring a polished final presentation throughout the property.

Large-scale landscape projects rarely unfold without hurdles. This project was no exception.

Navigating Challenges

Progress was temporarily delayed due to weather conditions and scheduling conflicts with other trades working on the property; a common reality in multi-contractor renovation projects that requires patience, flexibility, and clear communication to navigate well.

Our team stayed in consistent contact with the homeowner, adjusted timelines as conditions changed, and kept the project moving forward efficiently. The result was a project delivered with quality intact — and a homeowner who felt informed every step of the way.

– Outcome

More Than a Landscape.
A Lasting Partnership.

The final result was a cohesive outdoor environment that felt purpose-built for the home; complementing the renovation, built to last, and easy to maintain.

But the outcome went beyond the physical transformation.

Cohesive Design

Every element (curbing, beds, sod, shrubs) was chosen and installed to work as one unified landscape that reflects the home's upgraded aesthetic.

Long Term Durability

From the irrigation system to weed barrier and mulch, each decision was made with low-maintenance, long-lasting performance in mind.

Trust & Confidence

The homeowner came away with confidence in our ability to communicate clearly, solve challenges, and deliver quality work; and an ongoing relationship built on that trust.
